Creating much human friendly society through high-touch operations

We, SocioFuture were born in January 2022, changed the name from ATM Japan, which launched ATM management and operation outsourcing services for the first time in Japan in 1999.
It was not just the company name that was changed, but we redefined our corporate philosophy as “Our Mission” in order to identify what our existence value is.
In the midst of the drastic changes in whole society, such as the IT shift of daily life services including financial transactions, and the drastic lifestyle changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our mission: Creating much human friendly society through high-touch operations.
We will expand “High-Touch - people-oriented support by people”, which has been the most important element of our business, not only to financial services but also to government services and healthcare services. We will also provide safe and secure infrastructure for users in daily life.
We will continue to take on the challenge of creating valuable services by combining our creative and flexible ideas with our customers' issues and leveraging the technology and know-how we have cultivated.
Regardless of how advanced the transaction methods and contact points become, we will realize a human friendly society where users can enjoy the benefits of our services with peace of mind through High-Touch operations.
