SocioFuture Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Akihiko Sugawara, Representative Director, President & Executive Officer and COO; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established an overseas subsidiary, SOCIOFUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. (Takayuki Niitsu, Representative; hereinafter referred to as “SOCIOFUTURE (SINGAPORE)”), in Singapore as part of its business expansion in the ASEAN region. The Company will form a corporate group in the ASEAN region with SOCIOFUTURE (SINGAPORE) as its holding company and will develop social infrastructure-related businesses by leveraging the expertise and technological capabilities cultivated in Japan.
