SocioFuture Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Akihiko Sugawara, Representative Director, President & Executive Officer and COO) and SOCIOFUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. (Takayuki Niitsu, Representative) have acquired all issued shares of I-AGREX (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Hideo Teramoto, Representative; hereinafter referred to as “I-AGREX”), which were held by AGREX Inc. (Shuji Yamamoto, Representative) and two other companies, as part of their business expansion in the ASEAN region.
