伝票等の年間使用枚数をもとに印刷発注し、出来上がった伝票等は指定倉庫で一括管理します。本支店からは、伝票等の補充枚数をWebシステムに入力していただければ、倉庫から配送します。この際、本支店での過去の使用枚数データ等をもとに倉庫・本支店の双方で過剰在庫が発生しないよう管理し、場合によっては近隣店間での融通を行うことなどにより、無駄な印刷、無駄な廃棄を極力回避します。

必要な伝票等の総数管理と在庫管理により、不必要な追加印刷や店頭での過剰在庫、改刷による廃棄等を抑制します。

既存受託先における平均コスト削減率は約▲20％です。

同一地域内の複数の金融機関で共同運営ができれば、単独で受託するよりコストを削減することができます。

同一地域に所在する複数金融機関の店舗から回収された手形・小切手、税金領収書等をHOCに集約し、OCR読み取り機でデータ化した後、金融機関別・科目別・資金決済日別等に経理し、手形等の現物と照合します。このデータを金融機関に提供し、決められた日に預金口座を通じて資金決済されます。

同一地域の複数金融機関の事務を共同化することで、設備や警備会社を共同利用できるため、単独で行うよりコストを削減できます。

企業間の資金決済が電子化された場合でも手形等が残る間はその情報の電子化と経理処理が必要ですが、これら事務にも対応できます。

お客さまがキャッシュカードの紛失に気付かれた時、深夜・早朝を問わずHOCに電話をいただければ、本人確認させていただいた後、金融機関からお預かりしている権限で預金引き出しを強制的に停止します。その後、本件を金融機関に報告し、お客さまと金融機関との間でキャッシュカードの再発行等の手続が円滑に進むよう手配します。

Whenever the customer calls to tell missing the cash card, HOCs accept taking their call regardless of day and night. HOCs could forcibly suspend withdrawals instead of financial institutions after confirming the customer’s identity.
Afterwards, HOCs report the incident to the financial institution and makes arrangements between the customer and financial institution for the smooth reissuing of a new cash card.
