同一地域に所在する複数金融機関の店舗から回収された手形・小切手、税金領収書等をHOCに集約し、OCR読み取り機でデータ化した後、金融機関別・科目別・資金決済日別等に経理し、手形等の現物と照合します。このデータを金融機関に提供し、決められた日に預金口座を通じて資金決済されます。

同一地域の複数金融機関の事務を共同化することで、設備や警備会社を共同利用できるため、単独で行うよりコストを削減できます。

企業間の資金決済が電子化された場合でも手形等が残る間はその情報の電子化と経理処理が必要ですが、これら事務にも対応できます。

お客さまがキャッシュカードの紛失に気付かれた時、深夜・早朝を問わずHOCに電話をいただければ、本人確認させていただいた後、金融機関からお預かりしている権限で預金引き出しを強制的に停止します。その後、本件を金融機関に報告し、お客さまと金融機関との間でキャッシュカードの再発行等の手続が円滑に進むよう手配します。

Whenever the customer calls to tell missing the cash card, HOCs accept taking their call regardless of day and night. HOCs could forcibly suspend withdrawals instead of financial institutions after confirming the customer’s identity.
Afterwards, HOCs report the incident to the financial institution and makes arrangements between the customer and financial institution for the smooth reissuing of a new cash card.

お客さまがスマートフォン等での操作に困られた時、またはパスワードの失念や漏洩に気付かれた時、AOCにお電話をいただければ、取引の実施、事故の防止などお客さまのご要望に応じたサポートを24時間365日行います。事故防止のために預金の引き出しを停止した場合は、金融機関に報告し、お客さまと金融機関との間でパスワードの再登録手続等が円滑に進むよう手配します。

If the customers have trouble on operating a smartphone, or have forgotten or notices the leaking of a password, they can call HOCs for support to proceed transactions, or prevent incident as their request 24/7. If withdrawals are suspended to prevent incident, we contact the financial institution and arrange for smooth procedures for password re-registration and other related processes.

パスワード等が盗まれた際は、お客さまからの電話依頼で預金引き出しを停止します。

In the event of password theft, deposit withdrawals is suspended upon customer's request by phone.
