Overview of Services
Whenever the customer calls to tell missing the cash card, HOCs accept taking their call regardless of day and night. HOCs could forcibly suspend withdrawals instead of financial institutions after confirming the customer’s identity.
Afterwards, HOCs report the incident to the financial institution and makes arrangements between the customer and financial institution for the smooth reissuing of a new cash card.
