    “DAIS” a Deposit Account Inquiry System Rolled Out to 140 Credit Cooperatives Nationwide via the SKC Center

    SocioFuture Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Akihiko Sugawara, Representative Director, President & Executive Officer; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) announces that its Deposit Account Inquiry System “DAIS” (hereinafter referred to as “DAIS”*1), designed for financial and government institutions, has been made available to 140 credit cooperatives nationwide via SKC Center, a shared system center operated by Shinkumi Information Service Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shiroi City, Chiba Prefecture; Kenichi Iikuni, President and Representative Director; hereinafter referred to as “Shinkumi Information Service”). By enabling Shinkumi Information Service to provide a shared scheme for deposit investigation operations incorporating DAIS to credit cooperatives, the 140 credit cooperatives nationwide*2 participating in this scheme will be able to respond promptly to requests for account inquiries from government authorities under a high level of security.

    SocioFuture Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Akihiko Sugawara, Representative Director, President and Executive Officer; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) announces that it will establish a new AI and DX promotion hub in August 2026 at STADIUM CITY NORTH, located within Nagasaki Stadium City (Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture), and plans to commence operations in October of the same year. In line with this, the Company plans to hold a signing ceremony in July 2026 to conclude a location agreement with Nagasaki Prefecture and Nagasaki City. By establishing this new hub, the Company will enhance its technological development capabilities and contribute to regional economic revitalization in Nagasaki Prefecture through job creation.

    Launch of a Pilot Test for “YobCon Vacant House Prevention Concierge,” an Online Generative AI Service Specialized in Vacant Property Prevention

(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Akihiko Sugawara, Representative Director, President & Executive Officer; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has entered into an agreement with the Yokohama City (Takeharu Yamanaka, Mayor) and will launch a pilot test of “YobCon Vacant House Prevention Concierge” (pronounced: YobCon Akiya Yobo Concierge; hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), a service that utilizes generative AI to address vacant housing issues, starting February 13, 2026. The Service is designed for the children of elderly homeowners (hereinafter referred to as the “next generation”) and provides stage-based information and comprehensive consultation across multiple fields to help prevent inherited homes from becoming vacant in the future, while offering continuous support to users. The Service is available free of charge through an official LINE account. As the increasing number of vacant homes can lead to risks to public safety and negatively impact community landscapes, this issue has become a major concern across Japan. Through this pilot test, the Company will develop a practical model for vacant property prevention and contribute to building a safe and secure society in local communities.

    Maebashi City Launches “Digital Stamp Rally” Event In Collaboration with Japan Post Bank to Promote the Health of Residents and Regional Revitalization

    SocioFuture Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Akihiko Sugawara, Representative Director, President & Executive Officer; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), in collaboration with Japan Post Bank Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Takayuki Sasama, President & CEO, Representative Executive Officer Member of the Board of Directors of JAPAN POST BANK Co., Ltd.; hereinafter referred to as “Japan Post Bank”) and Maebashi City (Acting Mayor: Seiichi Hosoya; hereinafter referred to as “Maebashi City”), will hold the “Digital Stamp Rally,” an event across Maebashi City, from January 6 to February 28, 2026.
    This project is a stamp rally event in which participants visit a total of nine checkpoints set up across seven locations, including ATMs of Japan Post Bank located at banks and post offices, as well as facilities in Maebashi City. Participants can also earn stamps by using the “Tsunagu Spot,” a remote consultation booth where they can receive advice at any time on topics such as lifestyle habits and My Number health insurance cards. By scanning the QR codes installed at each checkpoint, participants can collect digital stamps featuring “Coroton,” the official character of Maebashi City. Participants can also enter a lottery for digital gifts based on the number of stamps they collect. Through this initiative, the Company aims to contribute to regional revitalization in Maebashi City and promote the health of its residents.
